Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account email, name, and workspace settings you provide at signup.
- Proxy metadata: models, token counts, costs, team/project tags, and request outcomes needed for dashboards and budget enforcement.
- Provider API keys you store in Zelyx. They are encrypted at rest on our backend using your deployment's secret key.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not markup LLM token costs. Provider billing stays between you and the provider.
- We do not train models on your prompts or responses.
Retention and security
Event and usage data are retained for analytics and enforcement while your workspace is active. You may request deletion by contacting hellozelyx@gmail.com.
Subprocessors
During beta we use hosting and database providers (for example Vercel, Railway, and Supabase) to run the product. A full subprocessor list is available on request for Enterprise customers.
